A: Yes, you can, this watch support bluetooth call, when the Audio bluetooth is connected with phone successfull, you can make/answer/reject the call on your wrist.
Q: How to add the frequent contacts?
A:You can add up to 999+ frequent contacts, Please connect your watch to your phone via the V Band app and then add contacts in the V Band app-Device-Favorite contacts-Add contacts.
Q: I don't want to play music or YouTube /facebook from the watch?
A: This watch also supports media audio, and default is on. When you play youtube, the sound will play from the watch. You can turn off Media audio: Go to the Bluetooth setting of smartphone -- Paired Device -- X7 Plus_Audio -- Click the settings Icon on the right -- Click "Disconnect" or turn off the switch on the watch (Slide down the homepage and find the Media audio icon, click it to turn off the switch on the watch)
Q: Why can't receive massage?
A: Please connect your watch to your phone via the V Band app then open the app -- Device -- Notification -- Turn on the Notification and SMS.
1. The smart reminder function and call reminder switch need to be turned on in the APP and need to be synchronized to the watch. IOS needs to be set in the system.
2. The mobile phone settings notification management menu authorizes apps such as "V Band" and message to allow message and other APP information to be pushed to the mobile notification bar, and allows "V Band" to fetch information pushed by messages from the mobile notification bar, and then transmit it to the watch via Bluetooth.
3. Start the management or power-saving management menu on the phone, and set it to allow APPs such as "V Band" and message to work in the background without being killed.
4. Open the notification list in "V Band" and allow the watch to receive information.
5. Do not set the DND mode on the app and mobile phone.

Please note that this watch is dual Bluetooth（APP Bluetooth and Mobile phone (audio) Bluetooth）
1. Before using, please download the "V Band " APP(by scanning the manual)
2. Please make sure to turn on call/SMS permission and bluetooth
3. Connect APP Bluetooth Turn on and connect the Bluetooth (name: X7 Plus) of your phone<Open the APP and click 'Binding Watch. If more than one devices nearby, please filter according to the MAC number of the watch.
4. Swipe down in the main interface of the watch, turn on Audio function, then enter the Bluetooth Setiing of the phone, search and connect the watch (name: X7 Plus_Audio).
After successful connection, you can use the watch to dial to control the phone to make a call, you can also answer the phone call on the watch, and you can view the call log information and contacts of the watch.
Note: The audio cannot be turned on when the watch’s battery is low.
How to turn off the ring tone and put on vibrating mode?
When your watch's audio is connected to your phone, it will play the sound of your phone. When you play youtube, the sound will play from the watch. You can turn off the audio Bluetooth on the watch.
